1. Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small pieces of information that websites or services may store in your browser. Other technologies, such as local storage and server logs, can support similar operational purposes. This page explains what is currently in use on the USA Marketing Now website.
2. Current website setup
The current Next.js website does not intentionally set advertising cookies, analytics cookies or visitor-profiling trackers in its own frontend code. It does not currently operate a personalized advertising platform or embedded social-media tracking widgets.
Essential technical data may still be processed by the hosting environment or infrastructure services for delivery, security and debugging. When you submit our contact form, information is sent to Formspree. Formspree’s processing and any technology it uses in connection with that request are governed by its own practices; see Formspree’s privacy notice.
3. Cookie categories
| Category | Current use |
|---|---|
| Strictly necessary / security | May be used by infrastructure providers when needed for delivery, protection or debugging. |
| Analytics | Not intentionally configured in the supplied website code. |
| Advertising / targeting | Not intentionally configured in the supplied website code. |
| Functional preferences | No persistent customization cookies intentionally configured in the supplied website code. |
4. Your controls
You can view and manage cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting cookies. Blocking technologies necessary for security or core website functionality can affect availability. Because we have not implemented optional tracking cookies in the supplied site, there is currently no optional tracking preference to toggle within the website; a consent banner should not be presented as though such trackers exist.
5. Future changes
If we add optional analytics, advertising, embedded content or new integrations, we will review the technologies, update this policy, and implement consent or opt-out controls where required before activation.
6. Questions
See our Privacy Policy or use the contact form for questions about tracking technologies.
